1. Description
Our company is a professional manufacture in producing chucks both
for CNC lathe machine and laser cutting machine. Our chuck is a
wedge-hook 3 jaws with large through-hole, so it can process the
bar material and performed work-piece. It is suitable for clamping
part of a work-piece inserted into the through hole, checking the
seat, or modifying spindle coolant specifications.
There is a cylinder in the chuck, so it does not need the cylinder
and drawbar when installing. It just needs to connect the chuck to
the oil gyrator at the end of the spindle by the cooper pipe.
In addition, it also has a flange connection( A type connection).
It is easy for customers to install the chuck. There is no need to
change the structure of the lathe and it just needs a matching
flange. It saves a lot of time in installing.
Except 12 inch, various sizes of chucks, like 4 inch, 5 inch, 6
inch, 8 inch, 15 inch and 18 inch are provided. Customized chucks
are also provided according to your drawings and requirements.
