Stainless Steel 3 Jaw Hydraulic Power Chuck for CNC Lathe Machine
1. Description
Our chuck is a wedge-hook 3 jaws with large through-hole, so it can
process the bar material and performed work-piece. It is suitable
for clamping part of a work-piece inserted into the through hole,
checking the seat, or modifying spindle coolant specifications.
The chuck is solid and durable and it can operate smoothly at high
speed. All sliding surfaces of the chuck are processed through
hardened treatment, precision grinding and directly lubricated.It
also has high accuracy for positioning repetition and large clamp
force and suitable for automatic production. The through hole
design can be used for long work-piece processing.
4 inch, 5 inch, 6 inch, 8 inch, 10 inch, 12 inch and 15 inch of
power chucks are also provided. Besides former, customized power
chucks are also provided.
