LATEST Design W165J Lever type medium-solid four-jaw double-acting
feeding chuck
This product is mainly designed for laser pipe cutting
machines.This product are mainly used for rotating spindle,middle
chuck can clamp a workpiece tightly and rotate at the same
time.Rotating air intake will be done by the rear-mounted rotator
so as to achieve fast clampling and loosening.The air source
istheprinciple of continuous air supply when the chuck works.
The clamping force of the product is enough and,the adjustment is
easy to operate,the efficiency is high,the rigidity is bigger than
the long clamping claw,the accuracy can be maintanied for a long
time, and there won't happen that the bending deformation of the
clamping claw affect the rotary accuracy;the design length of the
Jaw is short,and the maximum clamping force won't lead to the
phenomenon that the long clamping claw horn,which causes
slippery,and the clamping is not stable enough chuck is simple in
dimention,light in weight,small in rotational inertia and low in
energy consumption.
