    1. Description

    Our chuck is in a large through hole structure and it has 3 jaws in wedge shape which are especially suitable for clamping special-shaped objects. All sliding surfaces are processed through hardened treatment, precision grinding and directly lubricated. In additional, it has high rigidity and high clamping accuracy.

    The chuck is solid and durable and it can operate smoothly at high speed. It also has high accuracy for positioning repetition and large clamp force and suitable for automatic production. The through hole design can be used for long work-piece processing.


    The chuck can decrease the weight of lathe and increase the service life. The short cylinder connection is confirmed to the GB, and the customers do not need to change the structure of the lathe but need a flange which is the same size of the chuck, then they can be installed easily within a short time.


    Except 15 inch, various sizes of chucks, like 4 inch, 5 inch, 6 inch, 8 inch, 12 inch and 18 inch are provided. Customized chucks are also provided according to your drawings and requirements.
