1. Description
Chucks are especially designed for laser fiber cutting machine.
Actually, the chuck itself is able to be an independent rotating
spindle. In the meanwhile, it can clamp the work-piece tightly.
After fixing the product base, it just needs to equip with a proper
motor as well as connect it with the gear, connecting the air
source.
Our laser chucks are able to work in full stroke and there’s no
need to adjust the four jaws. They are suitable for a full range of
pipe fittings to improve productivity. The full enclosed structure
makes them more stable and more wear-resistance. Compared with
traditional laser chuck, cross roller bearing is fixed inside to
make it have longer service life and higher accuracy of rotating
and repeated positioning. In addition, it can meet the need of
processing thinner pipe fittings under the low air pressure.
