1. Description
Our company a professional manufacture in producing chucks for
laser cutting machine, CNC lathe machiens and accessories for
lathes.This kind of chuck can be used for internal expansion and
external clamping. The structure of it is integrated heat-treated
steel. The bearing has no load and chuck has good ability at high
speed and has long service life. It is still in low temperature
when rotating. It is two-way power to force to ope the collet. When
the pressure is interrupted, the chuck self-locks and assumes a
clamping state. It can be locked by the front and installed by the
front lock, waterproof and dust-proof. The collet does not retract
and can be controlled normally. The length of the body accuracy is
within 0.01mm.
It is easy and convenient to install it, just need to directly
connect flange to the main shaft. It can be connected to the
machine system through a three-point combination valve. The collet
