High Accuracy Rotary Chuck For Laser Pipe Cutting Machine
1. Description
G400B-165 is a kind of laser chuck which is mainly made for laser
cutting machine. And chuck itself can be used as an independent
spindle and the chuck can clamp the work-piece and rotate at the
same time.
This kind of product has two independent cylinders, one-way valve
and check valve. And it also have long-term pressure holding
function inside which is more than 8 hours. The fast clamping and
loosening actions can be made by the side rotation of air inlet,
and disconnect the air source to start the work. After fixing the
base of product, connect the matched motor with gear, and connect
the compressed air source(0.4-0.9Mpa) to realize clamping and
driving the work-piece to rotate. It is mainly used for work-piece
clamping and rotating.
This chuck has four jaws and it is a dual-power automatic chuck. It
has smooth rotation, high accuracy and low noise. What’s more, it
is light weight and small inertia, these can improve the cutting
efficiency and also can save energy.
