1. Description

The soft jaw can change the diameter and shape of the arc of the
jaw surface at any time according to actual needs, and change the
hardened jaw of the three jaw chuck to a low carbon steel, copper
or aluminum alloy jaw.
The positioning accuracy of the soft jaw chuck can still be
maintained within 0.05mm. Soft-jaw chucks hold machined surfaces or
soft metals and are not easy to grip surfaces. For thin-walled
workpieces, fan-shaped claws can be used to increase the contact
area with the workpiece and reduce the deformation of the
workpiece.
When turning a large number of workpieces, in order to improve the
positioning accuracy of the workpiece during processing and save
the auxiliary time during workpiece installation, a soft jaw chuck
can be used.
