1. Description
The chuck has a large through-hole structure, and the four claws
are wedge-shaped, which is especially suitable for clamping
special-shaped objects. All sliding surfaces are hardened,
precision ground and directly lubricated. In addition, it has high
rigidity and high clamping accuracy.
The chuck is sturdy and durable, and runs smoothly at high speed.
High positioning repeatability and large clamping force, suitable
for automated production. Through hole design can be used for long
workpiece machining.
The collet reduces the weight of the lathe and increases the
service life. The connection of the short cylinder conforms to the
national standard, and the customer does not need to change the
structure of the lathe, but only needs a flange of the same size as
the chuck, which can be easily installed in a short time.
In addition to 15 inches, various sizes of chucks such as 4 inches,
5 inches, 6 inches, 8 inches, 12 inches, and 18 inches are also

drawings and requirements.
