1. Description
This hydraulic chuck adopts large hole structure, four claws are
wedge-shaped, especially suitable for gripping special-shaped
objects. All sliding surfaces are hardened, precision ground and
directly lubricated. In addition, it has high rigidity and high
clamping accuracy.
This product is durable and has high speed smooth operation. High
precision of positioning and repetition, large clamping force,
suitable for automatic production. Through hole design can be used
for long workpiece processing.
The collet reduces the weight of the lathe and increases the
service life. The connection of the short cylinder is in accordance
with the national standard, the customer does not need to change
the lathe structure, only need a flange with the same size as the
chuck, can be easily installed in a short time.
In addition to 15 ", we also offer chucks in 4 ", 5 ", 6 ", 8 ", 12
"and 18" sizes. Custom collets are also available according to your
drawings and requirements.
