1. Description
This hydraulic chuck adopts a large through hole structure and four
claws are wedge-shaped, which is especially suitable for clamping
special-shaped objects. All sliding surfaces are hardened,
precision ground and directly lubricated. In addition, it has high
rigidity and high clamping accuracy, and can stably clamp various
workpieces.
The chuck is sturdy and durable, and can work smoothly at high
speed. Through-hole designs are also available for long workpiece
machining.
The collet reduces the weight of the lathe and increases the
service life. The connection of the short cylinder conforms to the
national standard, and the customer does not need to change the
structure of the lathe, but only needs a flange with the same size
as the chuck, which can be easily installed and used in a short
time.
In addition to 15 inches, various sizes of chucks such as 4 inches,
5 inches, 6 inches, 8 inches, 12 inches, and 18 inches are also
available. Custom chucks are also available according to your
drawings and requirements.
