1. Description
The chuck is a four-jaw full-stroke main chuck specially designed
for laser pipe cutting equipment. After the product base is fixed,
it is only necessary to add a matching motor to connect with the
gear, and then connect the compressed air source (0.3-0.9mpa) to
clamp the workpiece and drive the workpiece to rotate. The chuck is
operated with full stroke, there is no need to adjust the position
of the four jaws. Can clamp round tube, square tube and rectangular
tube to improve production efficiency. Compared with similar
products on the market, the chuck has higher rotation accuracy and
repeatability, as well as higher clamping force, and can meet the
processing of thin-walled pipe fittings.
The products can be widely used in pipe processing systems such as
special laser pipe cutting machines.
