1. Description
This laser chuck is specially designed for laser pipe cutting
equipment. The product itself can be used as an independent
rotating spindle, which can quickly clamp and loosen through the
side rotating air intake, and can work only after disconnecting the
air source.
The simple pneumatic double-action chuck square hole of the
tube-sheet integrated machine is suitable for laser tube cutting
equipment, rotary cutting round tube, square tube, oval tube, etc.
The product adopts the direct output of the cylinder, which has
high mechanical efficiency, small energy loss, large output
clamping force and stable clamping force.
The laser chuck has simple structure, small number of components,
light weight, low failure rate, stable performance, small moment of
inertia and low energy consumption. The axial size of the chuck is
small, and the cost of achieving zero tailings is lower.
This product is designed with a square hole. Compared with the
round hole chuck, the size of the square tube is increased and the
scope of use is expanded.
